Uniquely Louisiana
August 11 - October 28, 2012

Louisiana's unique setting, mysterious trees, and unusual plant and animals have long inspired artists. Our state continues to serve as inspiration for artists working in a variety of media. Uniquely Louisiana celebrates the 200th anniversary of Louisiana's statehood, by exploring the many ways artists portray and are inspired by Louisiana's flora and fauna.

The LSU Museum of Art offers a variety of ways to enhance your visit. From education to entertainment, art making to scavenger hunting, the LSU MOA is determined to provide unique experiences for our community so that everyone wants to learn about, enjoy, an include art in their lives.
